30 days post surgery, down 40 pounds and the other day my lower left side starts hurting. Muscles spasms at first and now soreness. Also, my left shoulder started hurting again just like after surgery. I know there is some dehydration involved, but I freak out and fear kidney issues. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow if the pain hasn't subsided.

Any thoughts?

I'm having the same thing but about 2 weeks post op have 2 week checkup tommorow going to ask my Dr.
