Protein bars with no sugar alcohol

I've been eating quest bars since surgery and I actually enjoy them. However, the sugar alcohol in them has me farting so frequently I can't stand to be in the same room as myself.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a bar with no sugar alcohol?

Thanks.

i eat pure protein bars, but the fiber might give you gas, but it seems to be non-noxious

I'm a Premier fan and every now and then, I'll get Power Crunch. I don't get PC often, due to the amount of protein, I want the full 30.

I would love to fart right now. So much surgical gas [emoji24]

Dulcolax is your friend -- I pooped on postop day 1! Lol
