I'm seriously getting pissed off with my stall

Im doing everything right. I been stalled for over the a month almost 2 I take my vitamins, I drink my 64oz of water I consume about 60-90 grams of protein I exercise I have switched up my routine and nothing I have done is working I'm almost 4 months post op this is extremely frustrating and I feel like giving up there's nothing I can do to make the scale go down this is bullshit and the surgery only worked for a little bit. I don't understand how one can follow the rules physically can't eat less but don't loose anything

I just had a month long stall that broke, stalls happen! I personally get about 1000-1300 calories a day and 50-100g of carbs during weight loss with about 80-100 grams of protein. I just changed up my diet a little and the stall broke within 4 days. I did one day with real low cals (around 750) then did a couple days at 900 and then went back to my usual 1200 and the next day I lost a pound and a half.

One other thing, if you are lifting/working out a lot then muscles retain water to repair and what you need is more water, a lot more.
