Four days afyer sleeve surgery

Four days after surgery...sleeved...starting to feel didcomfort in middle of night...feels like stomach cramping maybe...made sure to drink room temp water..no pain first four days but now getting contractions like feeling...am I hungry or just new stomach healing...following good guidelines...ate little less than was supposed to but not to short from food goal...any advice for this newbie sleeved girl
