Lost 60+since September 2016 needs suggestions on toning want to loose 15 more pounds

Hey...congrats on the 60 lbs!!! You are going to want to do strength training! Weights, weights, weights. https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trainingstation1.htm That link will take you to an article about why you want to strength train. Once there, go to the menu bar and go to "Find A Plan". They are free. :)

Let me just add I am sorry 60+ people read your post and didn't bother to respond. I have the same problem here. :/

Congrats on the weight loss, I was sleeved in September of last year also and I've only loss 40 pound and my weight go up and down. Now I'm at a standstill and getting frustrated.

Yep, Protein and strength training will take you there. They'll transform your body. I have a friend that's doing it and it's crazy how much her body has changed.
