  1. I’m three years and 8 months out and all I have loss is 70lbs and now it’s coming back on. What can I do to get my body to loosing again. I exercise, 6 days a week and do weights. Had an appointment with my doctor before this pandemic came out then the appointment was canceled, don’t know when I’m going to get a chance to see him. Need help

  17. Hello, everyone, I’ve had my surgery in Sept.16 and I.m a diabetic taking insulin and my A1C goes up an down just like my weight. I started at 266 and I can’t seem to get out of 200. This is really depressing for me I feel like I have failed, my weight right now is 223. Went to a diet dietitian and her suggestion did not work for me. I excise hard do weights and the weight is not coming off, I feel like I should have met my goal by now but after a year an some months, i’m still struggling. I Need some help!!!
