  1. Hi I still have the dark bowls or black and loose you can say, walking does help. My concern is when do you get the normal bowl movements.   14. Just had my surgery on 9/20/16 and I had a drain cause I had a hernia repaired, it was removed in 24 hours right before I was discharged, but I am 6 days out and my stomach is a little swollen. Is this ok? Is someone going through this also? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Hi everyone, I'm a diabetes also and have been for a long time, just had my surgery on the 20th of this month. My numbers was running 180 to 240 and my A1C is at 9.8. Hi rolosmom7 I'm new also had my surgery on 9/20/16 and before I had surgery I went to a couple of support groups meeting and was introduced to different types of Proteins the best one I like so for is Isopure it has 40grams Protein and its 160 cal.
