  1. I had the sleeve done on 12/1/2017. I have lost about 80lb and I still have about 30lb to go. I have been struggling to loose weight for the past month. I have only lost about 2lbs..ugh

  5. Probably worlds stupidest question. I lost a lot of weight since my surgery in December.(80lb) I had a pretty big booty before, now its very boney. Every time I do floor exercises my tailbone hurts so bad. I avoid floor exercises, as well as sitting on the floor. I doesn't hurt during other activities or sitting on soft things. Is this normal when you first lose weight. Does my body just have to get use to the lack of padding. I know this is a very stupid question. My husband and daughter say it cause I'm skinny now. So I was wondering if it really was normal.

  7. The one thing i never really did was keep track of my food intake. I know its something i should do, but i keep forgetting. I tend to eat the something everyday. Maybe it is time to change it up a little. I still weigh food out. I usually eat between 5 and 6 ounces depending on what I'm eating.i wish i had carbs. That was the one thing i have totally cut out of my diet. I know I have to be patience, its just frustrating
  8. Yes, I m at the gym 3 to 5 days of the week. It depends on whats going on. But i try to work out home if i cant make it to the gym.
  9. I know this is a common topic, but I have stop losing weight. I had my surgery Dec 1st, and I was doing well with the weight loss. I lost close to 66 pounds. Then about a month ago I stopped loosing weight. I have been staying within a 3 pound range. It's frustrating and kind of heart breaking. I was steadily losing weight, then boom nothing. I feel like all the hard work i have been doing is for nothing. I am trying to stay positive. I know stalls happen. I just didn't know they would last this long.
  10. Hi everyone!! I had my surgery on 12/1 and so far my progress has been really good. (I think) I have lost a little over 50lbs. As many of you have experence, I have a lot of loose skin forming. Anyone have suggestions on how to minimize it? I really dont want to have surgery to have it removed, so any suggestions would be awesome.
  11. Thank you I will try, im just not sure about the vegetables part of the meals
  12. Yes I did, but it only says what i can eat. and of course this stage is the only one that doesn't have the meal suggestion.
  13. Hi everyone!! So Im on the final eating stage, but my nutritionist quit right after my 1 month follow up. I wont see the new one until March..... What are the portions sizes i should be eating. I dont know if i am eating too much, because I am ALWAYS hungry and never feel full. I measure 4-6 oz for everything on my plate. Is that right? Or am I suppose to be using measuring cups? How much protein should I have at each meal and how much vegetable should i have with it? What if its salad? My last questions is does anyone have suggestion to help with the always hungry and never feeling full sitution. Thanks everyone for any help you can provide.

  17. Hi everyone, yesterday I finally got the ok to have puree and very soft foods after the liquid stage. Does any one have a yummy recipes? I want to make the ricotta bake, but can i have tomato sauce? Thanks for any help you can provide.
  18. Hi everyone, I had my operation last Friday. I am having a very hard time getting the 70g Protein a day. Right now Im lucky if get 35g. And that's from Protein Water. Apparently my stomach no longer like the Protein Shakes or anything dairy. It seems everything I eat now my stomach disagrees with. so Im basically stuff with broth and water. This is also not helping the constipation situation. Right now i am trying to eat 1 stage baby food. We will see how that goes, but i dont think its going well. I am taking Multivitamins, but is there something i can take for the protein. For example gummies, pills, anything not dairy related. I know i need protein, i just dont know how to get it in my system. I will see my doctor Friday the 15th. Any suggestions?
