  1. I have only lost 6 pounds in the 4 weeks since my surgery. Is this normal? I gain I lose. I mess with the same few pounds day after day. I expected more rapid weight loss given the minimal amount of calories I am eating.

  4. Thanks for the insight. The comments, recommendations and encouragement are much appreciated.
  5. Thank you for your reply. I see there is light at the end of the tunnel. 1/2 cup of lima beans for lunch went down real easy and I will follow your recommendations for proteins as I go forward on my journey.
  6. I had gastric sleeve 3 weeks ago in Ocala Florida. I am feeling very good.
  7. I had my first scrambled egg for breakfast today, 3 weeks after surgery. I could only eat about 1/2 of it before I felt it was not going down. I ate small bites very slowly. Does it get better with more time. I was so looking forward to my first real “food”.
