3 months Post op and haven't lost any weight in one entire month! :(

I haven't seen the scale move in one month exactly... what in the world is going on??

I have never experienced a stall like this...

Any tips to get that scale moving again?

Could this be the end of the losing pounds?

I have lost 41lbs since surgery.

It would be helpful to post what you are eating with quantities, types and duration of exercise, etc.

How many calories do you take in per day? Carbs? Protein? Water? Do you track everything you eat and drink? What do you do for exercise?

This could be due to one of the two reasons, your consuming too many unsuspecting calories (...carbs) or your under consuming casing your system to enter starvation mode which results in great deal of muscle loss...

Kindly advise what your daily diet like which will help people to give you more targeted advice [emoji5]️
