Fasting and liquid diet

I am a Muslim and we are in the fasting month, m alittle confused with fasting and doing the liquid diet at the same time, is it possible, has anyone come across this? How did you feel? Our fasts last 12 hours, please advise

For fasting, you really need to listen to your body, God is merciful and grants us mercy if we physically cannot do what we are supposed to. Your body is not in a regular state and you need to listen to what it needs. I had the VSG op around 10 months ago and there's no way I could have fasted during the liquid stage. Alhamdulillah I am fasting now, it is difficult but doable and I try my best to get my protein and water in. Allah ghafooron ra7eem and fasting is supposed to help us and not starve us. Listen to your body and if you cannot fast, there's no shame in it.

July 5th!!

Starting my 2 week pre op diet on the 20th [emoji322]

I've never heard this...
I mean they operate on patients with tattoos.

Unless your mehndi is on your abdomen [emoji23] I don't see how it would be an issue.

I have been admitted in hospital, INSHAALLAH tomorrow morning surgery please keep me in duas, I was worried someone told me that about mehndi but they said there's nothing like that lol,

Alhumdulila all went very well, m just very weak and dizzy ATM, pain not too bad, just nausea, but they gave me meds for that,
