I am not vomiting from the vitamins but they make me very nauseated. I use the once a day chewable bariatric ones . I am trying splitting them in half and eating them slowly over a half hour or so and that has helped slightly. I was told by Cleveland Clinic that I could never use gummies as they aren't absorbed. I plan on asking about other choices at my next appointment. Has anyone tried the liquid vitamin machine that looks like a keurig that uses disks? ( I think it's called Tespo)
