There are several good ones on pinterest, although I haven't tried any yet. There are also pancake recipes that use protein powder as well.

The one I use is one that I put together and is amazing...

2 cups 3 min stone ground oats

1 to 2 cups cottage cheese ( I prefer 2 cups)

5 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla ext.

cinnamon to taste

1/4 cup ff milk or almond milk

2 scoops of protein of choice

pecans or walnuts optional

let sit about 5-10 mins

I use a 1/4 cup to scoop it to cook on pan.

I freeze what I have and heat in microwave.

Great go to breakfast and can make a lot and have ready at any time.

It is really great tasting. I think it is a hearty version of a pancake. I think you should try it. Everyone is scared of cottage cheese, but it you can't taste it.

real food phase...
