I'm also Canadian, where did you get your surgery? I had mine done in Victoria, BC.

Lol wish I would of asked! I struggled just trying shakes and yogurt and I broke today! My poor hubby! I yelled at him to get outta my way until I get some dang food!! Then I went online and searched and found some awesome soup recipes for stage 2 in pin interest... I made some nice creamed spinach soup and now me and hubby are both happy again. [emoji4]

Wow. Kaiser prepared me SO THOROUGHLY! Honestly, I feel bad for you that you didn't have more of a well-rounded experience from your doctor! I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions on here though. I can take pictures of my menu pages from my binder if you want.
