Prayers going out! You'll be ok. It feels at first like an hour is a day and then, before you know it, a month has gone by. Just remember why you started this. If nothing changes, nothing changes. [emoji1360]You got this.

Best of luck and know that you are doing this for better health and happiness! You will be so happy of the transformation. The most important thing is to know that your health will be so much better and this journey is going to bring you great things. Be positive and go into Surgury as calm as can be. Think of all the great reasons why you doing this and we are all here to support you and keep us posted!!! ?????

Good luck on your surgery and remember to walk, walk, walk after the operation. It will help to minimize the pain.

Yeah, how are you? How did your surgery go?

I'm sorry I didn't reply in such long time. I was recovering. Thank God everything went great and I'm doing excellent, according to my surgeon. I'm very happy. I lost about 15 pounds since surgery date and I'm transitioning to purees as of tomorrow.

Thank you all for your support. Everything was too fast as I paid out of pocket.
