Finally did a full protein day

Had surgery on 4/12/17 and I've lost 41 pounds since my only weigh in but today was my first day doing 86 grams of protein.... I had to do 2 scoops of my Syntrax Lemon Tea which is 23 grams a scoop twice. I don't know about y'all but protein has been my worst enemy next to those chewable multivitamins

I ordered PatchMD vitamin patches to use after surgery. My surgery is June 1 and I'm terrified after reading all of this feedback! As for protein, my nutritionist said it is based on height. As a 5'6 female, my goal is about 89 grams a day. It is easy to get on the pre-op diet because I'm doing 2 protein shakes a day, as well as adding a tablespoon of unflavored protein powder (31g) to 16 of Crystal Light.

I like a couple different protein shakes. Premier Protein, 30G per bottle, is the best tasting and easiest to buy. I get them from Wal-Mart. I have also ordered protein mixes from Bariatric Pal and like all of the ones I've tried. I feel like I'm getting a milkshake when I make them at home.

As far as Multi-vitamin, I use the Bariatric pal Multi-Vitamin Patch. I love it!!!! no chewing anything. The dr's office recommended them so I know they work.
