Did you "force" yourself to eat things post op that you never liked before?

I do not eat seafood or fish, but now post op have been considering trying it. Haven't eaten it since I was a kid. I need lean protein options other than chicken and beef. Did your tastes change enough that you were able to start eating things that previously you didn't like?

Definitely not. I have developed a liking for zucchini as zoodles which I never ate before. But my taste buds did not change with surgery.
When I was younger the smell of fish always made me nauseous. So I have always associated fish with nausea so I refuse to eat it.

I forced myself to eat a yogurt and gagged the whole time. My husband finally asked why the hell I was eating something I hated. I hate eggs, milk or yogurt and I still can't do it!
