Normally I wouldn't care what is on the scale, but there's an excitement knowing that I'm no longer in the 200's that I'm ready for. Once I see it go under that, then back to ignoring the scale. :)

I used to weigh every morning like clockwork, but now I skip days and don't even think about it. I am so ready for maintenance, but I don't think my body is done losing yet. Until I can get my calories up over 1500 I think I will continue to lose slowly. I am not going to worry about it for now.

I can't wait to see your post that you have hit Onederland!! :)

Unfortunately a terrible post is going to happen before my onederland one. Doc called, indeed, I have a bladder infection. But what happened yesterday is weird and painful. I'm not sure if it's a part of the infection or something new and it's worse because of the infection. After having a BM in the afternoon, my legs were instantly achy and restless. This pain didn't let up either. I literally thought that I might be going paralyzed in the legs soon. I tried to sleep last night and couldn't. Felt like I have to have another BM. So I was up like three times throughout the night on the toilet (with no success) and horrible leg pain. Needless to say, I was pretty tired this morning. So, all day my legs are feeing achy and gross. Then I started having lower left side abdominal pain, like a pulsating sharp pain. It comes and goes. It feels like my insides are raw. It hurts to lay, sit, walk, anything. I can't get comfortable. I called the doc and explained it all. She wants me to take my antibiotic and see if that helps subsides the pain in he next couple of days. If it doesn't, she wants me to see my ob/gyn due to the location of the pulsating pain. My stomach is bloated bad and VERY tender to the touch. Again, I don't know if this is all related to the bladder infection or not, but I sure hope it goes away fast. I'm done getting sick...weird that all of a sudden I've gotten two infections in each last three weeks....not cool.

Wow, you sure have had a rough few weeks with the illness. It is weird that you mention leg soreness because I had two days of it last weekend. I thought at first it was just from my running, but I had never experienced that type of all over soreness before. I ended up taking an ibuprofen on Monday night and it went away. I did have a larger BM Monday morning (TMI) and felt instantly back to normal.

I sure hope the antibiotics take care of everything for you. Do you still have your gallbladder? That can be an issue sometimes. Feel Better.

Well, I ended up going to the ER last night. I had such severe abdominal pain in my lower abdomen and in my lower back. I was moaning and groaning, I literally thought I was going to die! I drove myself there praying all the way that I'd make it. Well, the pain started shooting up in to my chest (that's when I really to think I could be dying). I get there and they take a urine sample, blood samples, and start me on an iv of fluids and pain medication. It was a while before the pain med actually kicked in, so I was crying out in the ER with every spasm. Oh, it was horrible! Finally, the pain went down and they rolled me in for a cat scan. Fortunately, the infection I had didn't affect my kidneys. But the urine analysis showed a "really bad infection" according to the nurse. She explained to me that pus cells in urine is measured by numbers and those numbers will tell them how bad/far an infection has gone. My numbers were "TOO MANY TO COUNT" Eeeeek! So, after an hour or so the ER doc finally rolled in and told me that I'll be on antibiotic a lot longer than the three days my pcp gave me. He says that it isn't enough. So, I'll be on 4 antibiotics for the next seven days!!! Ugh...but I'm so ready to be over all this mess and hit my ONEderland!!! :)

Gone 22 years ago! Also don't have my appendix anymore. So, I couldn't rule anything in those. I thought maybe it's a lady parts issue, due to the location of the pain. But the scan showed all normal. Thank God! Which reminds me...I forgot to do my annual. .....guess I better make an appt now.

OMG, you had quite the night. So sorry you had to go to the ER, but glad you got checked out. Does the doctor think the bladder infection was the cause of your pain?

I had a hysterectomy in 2015 and I haven't had an annual since then..

I guess I should even though my uterus and ovaries are gone.

Yeah...apparently severe pain can generate from an infection. I do hope that once the infection is gone, that is exactly all it was about, the infection and nothing more. I was given Tylenol with codeine from the pharmacy, that'll help me out starting out. I'm anticipating feeling much better by day two or three.

I've thought of having one just so I don't have to have a period anymore. I'm good with docs taking organs out apparently. Lol.

I might need to consider a breast reduction too if these things don't go down. So, I decided to measure myself with a tape. My bras haven't been fitting at all. I used to wear 42K...then went down to 40H....and now I'm a 36I. Ugh. They're smaller, which I'm thrilled about, but it makes it really hard to find smaller band sized bras and large cups. Now I'll have to order a couple to tie me over until the next smaller size, in addition to more pullover "genie" like bras--which are accommodating as I get smaller, but even now, I'm not supported. It's a good frustration to have, I guess.

Oh goodness....i remeasured for a close fit/snug and now it's saying 34J! 34 band and 44 cup (not cool) In addition to all the differences, almost every bra calculator online is different. I'm going to have to go with my measuring for sure. Smh.

Crazyness😲 My boobs aren't getting smaller either. The good thing is mine are only a c-d cup. I had to buy a couple new ones because the old ones just weren't cutting it.

Back at the gym for two days in a row after so long. It feels so good and I’m staying hopeful that nothing halts my gym going again. I’ve found that if I go right after work, I’ve got the energy for it. It also helps that I’m jamming out to some music on my thirty min drive home. That’s what gets me pumped up.

I’ve noticed my arms getting flabby again...notnlifting as much hasn’t helped, but I also realized that they don’t bother me nearly as much as i was having 67 more lbs of fat on my body, so it’s all good.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
