PatchMD

So I'm 6 weeks pre-surgery, and I'm curious as to what everyone is using as their B12 supplement...

I have heard of weekly nasal sprays, pills, and PatchMD.

I just want to know what has been the most successful for people overall.

Thanks!

I get a Vit B12 injection every 4 months from my local Doctor.

Does it help? I've considered it. I did buy the pills to take after surgery but I've considered the shot.

The shots are fine, but bear in mind I'm in Scotland and this is free of charge (although my surgery was self pay).
