Mild tricuspid valve regurgitation

I am still getting all of my pre requirements done for surgery and I had 2 EKG's come back adnormal so I had to see a cardiologist. He ordered an echocardiogram and everything looked good except a mild tricuspid valve regurgitation. She said it wasn't anything to be worried about, but I'll have to get cleared from the doctor before I can have surgery. Has anyone else had this issue? It makes me scared having an issue with my heart.
