I tried walking a lot and when I do walk, I start feeling nauseous. I'm gonna try the gas x strips to see if that helps out.

I'm 6 days out and my gas pains were torture. Gas X strips or anything else didn't work for me. I had to keep walking and walking and waking. Finally on day 5, I was able to pass a lot of the gas in me. No I'm all better. It will take a little time but it will absolutely get better. Stay strong!

The meds they gave me worked to ease the gas [emoji618]️ pain

4 days post op and up in bed with a heating pad on my back from gas pain. I have walked and walked and was passing some this morning but now it's back with vengeance [emoji22] hurts so bad!

Walk as much and as often as you can. It makes a HUGE difference!
