Finally seeing results and Happy!

Hello,

I was very discouraged and didn't think I would ever see results. However, I finally lost 30lbs. I still have more to lose but I had to look at some photos to really appreciate losing 30lbs. Don't give up! You will lose weight if you're patient, eat right and exercise.

I had lapband surgery in mid October. I'm down 55 pounds. I have knee issues I'm working through so exercise is slow and limited; otherwise I would be a little farther along in my weighloss. I keep plugging away and know eventually I will reach my goal. You look great. Keep going.
