Yes there are many types and I've tried nearly all of them!
the liquid vitamins and calcium ended up regurgitated. the chewable had similar effect on me, I gagged and heaved etc...(you all don't need details).
The gummies seem to have the very best outcomes for me. i'm doing great with my levels and did a lot of homework to find the best carb count gummies so I wasn't eating pure sugar. so far so good.
Ironically, I take Vit D gelcaps and the only vitamin level that i'm low on is Vitamin D! so I had heard about Vit D drops and i'm thinking of trying those.


Which brand do you use in vitamins and vitamin D?
