Well I follow so many people on Instagram and see they are all successful and had the sleeve done. I do get nervous of the dumping syndrome. More people I am going to be traveling out of the country more often and there will be so many new foods! I like the fact that you can still do more normal things like take regular pills, etc. I feel that I will always have to explain myself and can't do random things. But the reasons why I chose RNY was because I do see that people get revisions and would hate that. I would just want to do it once! I also like the it is the "gold standard" and had been done the longest. And of course more weight loss than the sleeve. Just something that I am thinking about, but I think if I didn't do the RNY, I would regret it!

I am super excited! I know there will be a period of surgery regret (from what I hear people say) but all the people I follow, say it was the best decision of their life and they would do it over again! My only thing I am uncertain of is the type of surgery I want. Rny vs sleeve. I am scheduled for the rny and most likely will do that, because I think I would regret it if I changed... but still thinking.

I changed my surgery date to 10/5 because I go to school on M/W. 3 days later from my original date. But maybe I won't miss as much school!? They say I can return to classes after a week! That's crazy to me! I will be going on a cleanse starting Monday and then a liquid diet after that. My pre-op is 9/27! Are you all excited for next month!?
