Have you lost any friends over wls?

Has anyone lost friends before or after they had wls? I read somewhere that said, 'prepare to lose some friends'. Anyone have experience with this?

Not yet but I am sure when my very overweight daughter sees me for the first time she will be more pist off at me then ever. She thinks having surgery is the easy way out. I beg to differ there. This has been a difficult journey but well worth it. Just wish I had done it sooner!
