October 2016 Surgeries, 5-6 Months Out, How Many Calories...

To those that use MyFitnessPal, and are 5 to 6 months out approx how many calories are you consuming? And what are your macros; do u count carbs, Protein, fats, sugars?

My avg kcal is 1100 lately. Carbs 69-89. I would like to keep them between 40-60. Protein 48 to 90. Goal is 110. Fats avg 60. I'm going to do the 2 week Keto Jump Start in my FB Group... then go to strict paleo.

I average around 700-900 calories a day. I keep my carbs under 65 grams, protein between 65 and 100 and fats I try to keep as low as possible but don't worry as much about because it's hard to keep that low and protein high. I was sleeved exactly 5 months ago and I'm down 75lbs.

10-24 sleeved. Average about 950-1000 calories a day. Carbs under 40 (unless it's a special occasion or can't be helped), protein 80g minimum. Don't count fat. According to My Fitness Pal, my sodium and fat is usually way under. Doing really well on this as long as I keep the carbs down. I'm down to about 35% body fat, working towards my 25% goal.
