Do you have a fever or any puss/fluid coming out of the incision site?

I think it just takes awhile to heal. I felt that burning pain when I was in the hospital but once I got home it was mostly just sore. It will be swollen and tender for awhile. I kept ice on mine almost constantly for about a week.

I'm a month out and twisted wrong in bed the other night and mine's been sore for a few days.

I hope you feel better.

I had the same pain still after 2 weeks post op. I am nearing 3 weeks and it seems to have subsided.

I posted the same type of question a couple weeks ago and I got some feedback that it goes away after 6 weeks.

Good luck and feel better!
