Premier Protein, jello, broth, popsicles

Make sure check label, you should consume 50-60 hams Protein a day

sugar 14 grams max

fat 3-4 grams

U can get a large can at sam's club! You'll use after surgery too. I like chocolate, vanilla, be creative with artificial flavoring. Make big bowl sugar free Jello to snack on plus after surgery. Just remember to make ur Protein daily, very important
