Sleeved in December and I feel amazing

I had my surgery on December 6th.

Almost 3 months ago.. I've lost 53 pounds already. I feel amazing! It is hands down the best thing I have ever done for myself!! I feel like a new person. Anyone having second thoughts and wants to ask me any questions please don't hesitate!

Congrats on your success, I was sleeved May 29, 2016, I have had several stalls but I don't panic and I don't mind them because I'm thankful to be creeping down the scale...lol...

I had a stall. About a 2 weeks ago.. stayed the same for about 10 days.. that's ok.. I stepped up my exercise.. I have a Fitbit, that was a great investment:) keeps me moving. If you don't have one I would definitely suggest picking one up! Now my scale is on the move again. I hit my first goal.. u see 200 pounds;) first time in 7 years:)

I have a fitit too. Just keep me reminded of my journey.

The hunger we feel during the pre-surgery diet, does it feel the same after surgery? Meaning is it a struggle when you smell foods and watch others eat. I am on day 11 of full liquids pre surgery. It's been tough the last two days not to take a bite out of everything I see.

No, the pre-op diet was rough for me too, but it's much better after surgery (for me at least).

That's amazing! Keep up the good work. I was sleeved on December 20th and I'm down 44 pounds. You've inspired me today!

Thank you:)
Products: none
Exercise: to lose the 50 pounds I just get moving. I have a Fitbit. As long as I was over 6500 steps I would lose the next day/) I'm starting the gym this weekend. I go on hikes and I have so much. Ore energy so I move more
Meals: normal just smaller. Still don't eat rice, pasta or bread.. or I should say very little. Protein first chicken, fish, things like that and vegetables.. fruit.
Protein shakes: premier protein.

Outstanding!!!! My surgery was Dec 5th. Not sure how much I have lost just yet.

Your story is similar to mine as well. Lost 10 lbs before surgery. I was sleeved December 7th 2016. I have lost an additional 43 lbs which is 50% of the xcess weight. Started working out, jogging, and yoga. I feel amazing. I agree best decision EVER! Congrats on your success and keep up the good work. Hard work=success.

Congrats I'm so happy for you!!!

I was sleeved on December 14th, lost close to 50 pounds so far. A little concerned because I had a stall for almost 3 weeks and I didn't know what to do.. then I checked the scale like two days ago and it started moving.

Any stall problems??

Also anyone that has second thoughts about the sleeve like I did.. get it! Best thing I've done for myself health and confidence wise.

To fast, more lose skin. Are you working out?

I was extremely weak from chemo and I have myasthenia gravis (causes weakness). I have to argue with myself to exercise. I am walking and moving a lot more. But do need to get into a better fitness routine.

Same here I stalled a few times.. scale is moving slower. But like we were told this is a tool to help us lose not a solution:) ( I'm not saying you are thinking this) that's what i keep telling myself.. if the scale slows down I move more:) thank you for sharing your story with me:)
