5 weeks

I've been feeling discouraged lately! The scale hasn't moved in a week and I started work again on Monday. I haven't been able to work out and I just feel really sad. I drink two Protein shakes and 2 meals a day no Snacks and a lot of Water. My NUT said I should hit 800-1000 calories a day and I only hit around 500-600 a day. And I have rheumatoid arthritis and the pain came back this week so painful that's another reason I don't work out...

Sorry for the rant/post just needed to write something down.

I'm 5 weeks post op too and I have RA as well. I haven't been able to exercise because of pain in my ankles.

I was pain free until around week 4 and it all hit me. It sucks so much. What pain medication do you take if any?

I suffer from degenerative OA. I was okay until I tried walking for a period of time. The scale hasn't moved since my initial weight-loss. Really frustrating.

It is frustrating when your mind is willing but your body isn't able.
