Healthy lunch ideas

I work full time and am having hard time with healthy lunch options. Either I have to plan a crockpot chicken meal at home ahead of time, or I end up going to chipotle (chicken salad bowl) or McDonalds (2 plain grilled snack wraps). Any ideas on healthy BariatricPal friendly options that I can either bring to work or stop to grab?

Do you have Chick-fil-A? Their grilled nuggets don't look to bad

Wendy's chili maybe?

I have a hard time eating lunch meat, too slimy or something. Yes I do like Wendy's chili but don't like the beans but wish I did since they are healthy. I wouldn't mind eating the same thing everyday for lunch, just need to find something healthy for everyday.

I eat a P3 pack and a bag of fresh veggies (mini peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc) nearly every day at work. I also bring a container with 14 dry roasted almonds (100 calories).

I also like Lean Cuisine Sweet Sriracha Beef. It's less than 200 calories and 17 grams of protein. There's another Lean Cuisine with similar numbers I don't like as well, a couple Healthy Choice steamers that are high protein, low carb, and Smart Ones eggs and sausage.

I make my own black bean burgers and I'll have one of those no bun of course, with a cheese stick or veggies or small salad. There are lots of recipes online and fun to experiment w diff spices and vegetables. So easy to make and pop a batch in freezer to grill up whenever.

The P3 packs that @Vinasu mentioned are life savers for me. I also bring apple slices, almonds, and sometimes Oikinos zero yogurt. I keep lunches cold so they are fast quick and easy.

In a perfect world, we'd all eat home made, clean, fresh foods every day. But I have to leave for work at 5am. I get home to pick up my kids and start dinner. Then, we're out the door for Tae Kwon Do. We're home at 7:30 in time to do homework and practice piano, and I'm in bed at 9. P3 and frozen meals are what keep me from doing something stupid at lunch.

Thanks, Do you have a great tasting protein drink to have in the clear liquids stage? I'm getting all my ducks in a row. Tomorrow I will get surgery date!

I used the unflavored Isopure powder during the clear liquids stage, I put it in juice and chugged like a mad woman. Protein shakes weren't allowed in my clear liquids diet but afterwards when i was on full liquids i started on the Premier Protein. I still have one for Breakfast every day.

The P3 are great except the lunchmeat part which is 1/3 of the snack. Also I am worst cook eve so sadly cooking lunch won't work for Me. I will have to try those lean cuisines and maybe get less picky.
