Feeling discouraged.. was told sleeve is useless for lower BMIS

Hey all,

I had my sleeve done on Jan 5th and going through a stall now as I introduce solids back into my diet. My starting bmi was 34.

I am reaching out to sleeved friends for support and essentially being told "what did I expect?" Deep down i know the stall is temporary but another part of me is wondering is it true. That I won't lose weight or re gain lol of it back because the surgery was not meant for me?

I'm asking for or some advice please

We have almost exact stats that is out of this world! Glad to hear about the progress!

NEVER listen to a discouraging word!! I'm not even kidding. First, a stall is not a stop. It's your body adjusting to what we are doing to it. Keep at your protocols. Get in your protein, your water and your exercise. If you follow the guidelines this will work. Don't listen to naysayers at ALL.

#1 They don't get to determine your destiny

#2 Negativity is the Moral Killer, do not buy into it

#3 Stay focused and don't allow a temporary pause to eat away at your confidence, excitement or drive
