Do you not feel that what they have given you is enough?

Looks like you got a good plan. Maybe we're not understanding what you need?

My pre-op 2 wk diet

No fruits, sugars, starches

2 shakes per day

High protien and a vegetable for dinner.

Minimum of 64 ounces of Fluid a day.

One wk out from surgery. No Vitamins or supplements, that includes any with drinks in them .

Does this help?

Take a look at the opticook website- she has so many recipes of things you can eat during this phase. It was a real life saver for me- by day 2 I was so over chicken and salad for dinner. I made some really delicious dishes for my evening meal with my allotted protein and felt like a normal person!

Your doctors plan is typical. Basically 3 high Protein shakes a day and one healthy meal (fish or chicken, no carbs) avoid fatty meats. It's only 2 weeks. Read forums on Protein Shakes. Premium protein is good. Found in walmart, Sams and costco.

Google paleo recipes. That's basically what he's asking for.
