I am from Lafayette Louisiana. I had a Gastric Bypass 11 years ago. In the last 8 months I have been noticing a few pounds here and a few pounds there. So...I am totally frustrated. I was 289 and got down to 145. I weigh 175 now. Need to do something soon. I ate only what I needed before but now I want everything I see. Thanks for allowing me to share.
