I'm interested what yalls thoughts are as to using sugarfree creamer? And do y'all count decaf coffee toward your liquid goals?

I use my Premiere Protien shake as a creamer in my decaf coffee. On my plan I can count decaf coffee as liquid.

Look at your plan to see what it says, but for my plan, decaf coffee, tea, etc. counts as liquid (since it is made with that equivalent in water).

Mine allows for those as well, I do recall my NUT saying anything with no caffeine and is clear can be counted toward liquid

I do the same. I use the Via instant coffee, ice cubes made from the premier Protein, and shake it up. So good!

I might give that a try, maybe the coffee taste will help the taste of the Protein

I can have caffeine.I use sugar free creamer.

I use sugar free coffee mate hazelnut

No caffeine for me for a month but I have sugar free coffee mate just been apprehensive about using it, but I might give it a go.

I drink a cup of coffee every morning-- on my plan I can drink caffeine but have to replace it ounce for ounce. My plan gives me the green light for full fat foods so I use real creamer but only 1 tsp. No carbs in cream btw!

I drink decaf coffee everyday, count it as liquid and use a little sugar free, Sweet Italian creamer in it ....it tastes so so good
