I was sleeved 1/19/17 and I have no trouble with the sips so far. Tomorrow I start the premier Protein shakes.. hopefully it's still as smooth. I'm mostly having trouble with my steps with all this rain in socal. I do walk inside my house just feel like it's not enough.

I had it on 1/11. It was a tough 5 days I would say but got easier. Today makes 13 days out and I can not wait for the next stage. I'm so so sick of liquid only!!!! I'm also 5 days constipated. That is stressful too. BUT I know it's part of the process. I'll be patience.
