  1. I woke up 3 lbs down. I'm so happy to be losing again.
  2. I'm in the same boat as you. I had my surgery on 1/18/17 and have lost 24 lbs but have been stalled for 2.5 weeks. It's very discouraging to think I went through all of this for 24 lbs.
  3. I'm 17 days post op on a mushy/ Protein diet. My surgeon does not do a purée stage. I have hot flashes after I eat my protein. It's almost immediately after my meal and lasts about 10-15 minutes. Has anyone else experienced this? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. I am in the same situation as you!! I'm one week out and always hungry. I have been so discouraged. I spoke with my NUT today and she said to add two scoops of Protein powder to 8 oz of milk.
