How do you feel? I am not the perfect sleeved person. I will not judge you. At 8 days why pass out bread during dinner? Remember why you selected to have WLS? Brush off start over!

I have done that too! Made a mistake out of habit.

I won't do it again but it stayed down fine.

Just try not to do again. I made the mistake and now fighting to get mindset back to leave carbs where they are and not in my mouth. Has caused major stall.

I'm 8 days out and it still pains me to swallow tiny sips of Water. I can't imagine being able to eat a piece of bread, but I guess that helps me stay on track! Lol
