I drink Isopure clear drinks. It has 40 grams of protien in it. If I have to drink a shake, I had PB2. Its so good! * Misty *

Has anyone ever gave in to food post op? Im only a week out and Im suppose to be only on liquid. I had a few tiny bites of things, chewed them up really well. Did I ruin everything you think? How can I fall off this wagon already!? Its only been a week! I think my problem is, i havent seen any weight loss prior to the nibbling. So, I got discouraged. Dang it! I feel like ive failed myself, my sleeve, my body. Urgh! * Misty *

Did you all notice a big weight loss your first week? I don't have a scale, but I can honestly say I don't feel like Ive lost anything at all. How would that even be possible!? I was expecting the weight to start falling off! Kinda frustrating. * Misty *
