I will have my surgery next month and I'm trying to find good protein shakes... any recommendations on already made and powder shakes? Thank you! [emoji3]

I love premier Protein, which is ready to drink! It doesn't have that overwhelming, chalky taste. If I were you, I would pick a few brands and try some. Keep a variety on hand because your tastes can change after surgery and it will be good to have a bunch just in case!

The nectar are pretty good you can order the sample pack and try different flavors. I love the roadside lemonade!!!

I too recommend the nectar sample pack. There is a wide variety of flavors in it.

I just got EAS chocolate powder and so far it tastes good to me.

I like premier too I also have Isopure from GNC it taste like vanilla if you have a blender or a Ninja or something you can mix it with 12 oz of almond milk ,skim milk or what ever you like!
