I love premier Protein, which is ready to drink! It doesn't have that overwhelming, chalky taste. If I were you, I would pick a few brands and try some. Keep a variety on hand because your tastes can change after surgery and it will be good to have a bunch just in case!

Good luck!

The nectar are pretty good you can order the sample pack and try different flavors. I love the roadside lemonade!!!

I too recommend the nectar sample pack. There is a wide variety of flavors in it.

I also like powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate and vanilla. They also have a starter pack to try it out.

I just got EAS chocolate powder and so far it tastes good to me.

Good luck!
