    What kind of diet do you follow? What is your typical daily menu I am 8 months and down 87 lbs. I'm not complain but if if you could share your tips I'd appreciate it. You did amazing

    Congrats you are looking great! I am just past my 3 month post-op & I have been mainly walking for exercise so far because I have a bad back. I can't do much as far as exercise but I am making progress also. I like seeing others pics of progress also. I just don't know how to put them together like u have. I started at 275, pre op 265, 3 month post op 230. Thank u for your post vikki19 you give me hope!
