Lapband Removed 10 days ago, still in a lot of pain with fever

Hello All,
I had my lapband removed 10 days ago. Since the third day post op, my pain has worsened and my mobility is limited. I get a radiating pain that starts where the port used to be wrapping around to the left side of my back. I'm still experiencing low grade fevers and my abdomen itches intensely inside, swollen and painful. Is there a possibility I'm allergic to the sutures that we're used inside? It just doesn't feel normal for abdominal surgery to me. I've had my gallbladder out, hysterectomy, lapband installed, appendix removed, and none of those ever felt like this. Any suggestions?
