January 5th. Just finished 3rd day on full liquid diet. Tomorrow I go to clear liquid! Not looking forward to that.

Getting excited and a little nervous, mainly because I'm a single mom and don't want to be away from my baby. But it's for the best. My surgery is scheduled for the 4th at 9:30 am. I've been binge watching My 600 pound life in anticipation.

Mine is at 12:30. I'll see you on the loser's bench.

I'm so excited it's almost time! All day long I keep thinking, "this time tomorrow, I'll be..." It's no longer at this time tomorrow, now it's at this time in 12 hours. 12 hours from now I will be getting ready to leave for the hospital! On the one hand I am very excited, but on the other hand I am really struggling with having to leave my baby for a night and essentially two whole days. Again, I keep telling myself this will be worth it in the long run and she will not even remember any of this. But it's still a struggle for this mama!

I just had mine on the 28th. Physically I'm doing okay but mentally it's a challenge. Espically since I'm a junior in highschool. But I wish the best of luck to all of you !

How'd your surgery go? Mine went well, and I also had a hiatel hernia repair. My biggest issue has been nausea but my surgeon ordered something stronger than what they were giving me, and now I feel fantastic. Oddly enough, my biggest concern was being away from my baby, but now I'm choosing to stay a second night because I know I'm not yet up to caring for her. She's in good hands, and I get one more night of pampering. So excited for this process!!!!
