I haven't had mine yet, but same as @@Kestrael I have Aetna and am going to be staying the night.

United health care and I was overnight if needed an extra day they allowed it also.

I just stayed the one night.

I have BCBS. My surgeon keeps his patients 2 nights minimum. He submits this to insurance when requesting approval regardless of insurance.
