So after my surgery my doctor gave me a few papers to go by ; I was doing real well, kinda started slacking just a little and now I'm trying to get back on my strict diet and can't find the papers to help. I had surgery Dec 27th, anyone happen to know what I should be eating now and how much ? I made an appt for Friday but was just wondering if anyone remembers

Although I've lost 65lbs since December; my biggest fear is stretching it or failing; in the beginning I wasn't eating much; couldn't, had to force myself to eat or drink, now I eat normal& I can't help but feel disappointed; although it's Much less then I used to.. I'm afraid I'm failing and missing the signs of being full etc.. anyone else ?

  5. Sleeved 12/27. I've lost about 35-40lbs. I'm not counting calories. Protein about 40-60, struggling with that as well& Water I'm struggling with pretty bad. Maybe 30.. do u think those two things ; protein and water intake; could make that big of a difference? I've never been much of a drinker ; like I'm not a Thirsty person so I'm struggling with those.   10. Not just bites of beans.. I just mean in general , when I eat anything or drink anything. I'm not eating beans anymore since I just seen I'm supposed to avoid them rn.. strange thing is it doesn't hurt my stomach or bother me so that's what worries me.   11. I'm on the full liquid diet now; I have been eating Soups, but I just realized my list said no Beans.. & I've been eating taco Soup. I'm terrified with every drink& every bite I'm going to mess up my sleeve / stretch it out.. Any advice on that ? I have my nutrition visit next Tuesday but I'm just curious as to what anyone thinks.. how much should I be eating ? Will me eating beans effect anything that much ?   16. OK yall I was sleeved on the 27th and need any and all advice. How should I be eating ? Protein shake in morning - then what ? Exercises I should be doing ? I've hit my stale so I'm trying to maybe get some advice... I honestly don't even feel like I've been sleeved except the air bubbles when i drink stuff: but other then that i feel fine, which is sometimes frustrating.. sometimes a blessing.
