I've lost paperwork ; any help?.

So after my surgery my doctor gave me a few papers to go by ; I was doing real well, kinda started slacking just a little and now I'm trying to get back on my strict diet and can't find the papers to help. I had surgery Dec 27th, anyone happen to know what I should be eating now and how much ? I made an appt for Friday but was just wondering if anyone remembers

at this point you should be on solid foods high protein low fats small portions
