@@My4Brownies I was in the gym 5 weeks after surgery. I did a lot of walking and cycling during that 5 weeks.

So far no loose skin issues. I use VannaBelt with the gel. Helps a lot.

@@willdamanager I go 6 days a week 2 times a day. 5am and 5pm. Mornings are cardio and abs

M - Chest

T - Back

W - Arms

Th - Legs

F - Shoulders

S - Circuit or cross fit and swim

Su - something fun outside with my kids
