OK yall I was sleeved on the 27th and need any and all advice. How should I be eating ? Protein shake in morning - then what ? Exercises I should be doing ? I've hit my stale so I'm trying to maybe get some advice... Anybody know of any good books about the surgery and after life that I could read?
TIA.
