Every day now. I started weighing myself everyday so I could see a pattern and detach my feelings from the scale.

I suggest not weighing at all the first month, then weighing weekly. Then once you are closer to goal or one year, weigh every day.

Morning, noon, night and everything in between. Ughhh

I'm 4 months post op and I couldn't stand weighing myself in the beginning so I stopped, now every week or two I'll weigh my self. Making good food choices not based on the number on the scale.

I weighed every morning for the first 7 months or so. Now I weigh every Tuesday and Friday and log it in MFP.

I've been loosing an average of 45lbs a month. I don't know the exact weight lost time frame but I did loose 7 lbs in the last week.

Every Saturday only.

Weigh daily basis, record it every weekend when I do measurements.

Daily. Keeps me accountable and I don't get upset if it doesn't go down.

Every 3 or 4 days

I'm 3weeks post op tomorrow and have not weighed yet!! Only because my scale is packed away[emoji15]. My post op follow up is this Wednesday!!!
