    9 Mnths Post Op

You look great! Im 9 months out as well, 12/19/16 down 74 and working out 5-6 days a week as well. I don't get on the scale a bunch so not really sure how fast or consistently I loose. Using my fitness pal, I can see that I've lost 18 in the last 3 months and I'm ok with that. How much can you eat? My doctors to me I should be able to eat a cup of food but I feel like it's way less before I start feeling full. It gets a bit frustrating at times especially with trying to get water in, get all the food in, AND having to wait 30 minutes between eating and drinking.

Try gasex and old school pat the area.
  3. I use the Flintstones gummies even though they say their not "complete" I figure I'll get whatever else from food. I can't take the chalk either,

    Slooooow loss

It's odd true... but they say the average is10 pounds a month. What's your MyFitnessPal name. Also it depends on your start weight and how overweight you are.

Congrats! Keep up the good work! Welcome to the losers bench!!!
  8. I had a cold when I did my actual surgery and it was no big deal. I was afraid to that they were going to cancel my surgery but it didn't. The EDG I doubt unless you have a fever that it will greatly affected and if you're not taking any biotics so if you haven't been prescribed anything then I really don't think it will matter. But definitely disclose all of that information to your provider when you arrive tomorrow

  12. Well here's the thing, I was just leave in December and I've only lost which I think is not a whole lot 25 to 30 pounds. So my hunger subsided for the first month but now it's back. My stomach actually growls which is rarely did before I was sleeved. So what I'm thinking is maybe you need to increase your activity more and as another blogger said increase your Protein watch your carbs and I don't know if this is a no-no but I don't think that taking appetite suppressants is a bad idea if we are still having issues with control. I know for me I cannot eat a whole lot without feeling really gassy and uncomfortable and as I said I am just about nine weeks post op. I'm 44 I think over all my body has slowed down my metabolism is always slow, but now I think with my age my body is not responding as quickly to the change. But I am hopeful that within the next six or so months I'll have lost a significant amount of weight. This month I'm starting my walking and for Lent I'm giving up fried foods which I can't eat a lot of anyway and increasing my veggies and keeping my protein intake high and trying to meet my Water goal. I really don't think you're doing anything wrong we just might need to increase the things that we know are beneficial such as exercise and eating every two or so hours drinking that water then making sure that we get adequate amount of protein and this few carbs possible.

    Stalled

I've been stalled as well. I'm increasing my movement and watching my carbs. I am two months out and haven't lost what I expected but I have to restructure my expectations. I trust what other sleevers have said that the stall wil break!

    Skipping meal plan phases

So I was sleeved the week before Christmas and my seven day or my beginning of the puréed phase I fast-forwarded a day or so and had some baked Beans mashed really well and some mashed potatoes as well. But other than that I stayed in each face that I was supposed to until it was over. But I do understand the cravings

    Hunger

Yes it's the weirdest feeling. I too try to space meals 4-5 times a day but it's impossible to get enough Water. I will try to drink at least 8 ounces when I first wake up in the morning and then sit throughout the rest of the day

    People don't get it!

Yeah they don't have to get it! I didn't tell anyone until the week before surgery. Didn't tell my mom until I was in the OR prep! Told my bf two weeks before!

    Gas after surgery

I am two months out and I still belch constantly! God for bed I really eat something even if I take a teaspoon of something 30 minutes later it's like I ate a whole buffet and I'm belching it all up!
